To My Dear Classmates ,
Hope this letter
reaches you in the best of health !
I am glad to
inform you that during our meeting in San Quintin last Jan 31,
2009 and attended by majority of our classmates, it was decided
that our Class shall hold its Reunion on Dec 30 , 2009 (
Wednesday ). Just like our 2005 Reunion, we will make sure
that this will be an unforgettable moment for everyone .
For your info,
we have lined up exciting activities during that day as follows
:
Dec. 30 (
Morning 9 AM Onwards )

Basketball Game/Volleyball Game with members of Class 79
·
Symbolic mahogany tree planting activity near the San Quintin
Track and Field Oval.
(Evening 7
PM Onwards)
·
Class Dinner / Reunion Party !! ( Parlor Games and Raffle Prizes
for Winners)
Venue
: Elizabeth Go’s house at the back of the Petron gas station
in the town center ( across the public market)
Attire
: " Floral "
- the Hawaiian look.
To jumpstart our
Reunion and to show our concern in protecting our environment,
members of our class who will be present during our Town Fiesta
will be planting mahogany trees in a designated spot in the San
Quintin Track and Field Oval at the back of the San Quintin
National High School ( back of SQ Central School ) on May 16 at
9 AM. Our Honorable Town Mayor will be invited to witness this
noteworthy and first of its kind event .For those who can come ,
attire will be jeans and white shirt , preferably with collar.
Now , on the
most important question - about the contributions , it was
decided that we will work together to raise the funds as it is a
SHARED RESPONSIBILITY by all. We will raise the money in two
ways :

FUND RAISING
- We will be printing several pieces of raffle tickets costing P
100 each . Selected members of our Class shall be assigned to
handle the distribution and sale of these tickets to generous
sponsors. Prizes shall be raffled off in December 2009.
·
CLASS
CONTRIBUTIONS
- We are setting a minimum amount of P 300 and above as
voluntary contribution. Classmates who are generous to give more
are more than welcome !
The funds
collected from the above activities shall be pooled together and
we are optimistic that we will meet the target of P 100,000
budget for this year’s Class reunion.
The tasks ahead
looks daunting indeed but with your support and cooperation, I
have no doubts that our objectives will be met and we will end
this year with another Reunion that not only us but perhaps the
whole SQHS will remember. Our designated Steering Committee
members led by Bert Marcos and Beth Go shall get in touch with
you on how you can remit your contribution. For those living
abroad, Beverly and Donna shall assist Bert and Beth in making
the proper coordinations and follow ups. You may also get in
