When I passed by early this month three more are almost done. Eventually the buildings will be u-shape. It is a tripartite cooperation of the local government, DepEd and the private sector. Also mabuhay the newly elected officers sa ating baryo. Nagbigay si Kapitan Rufo Natavio nang mass wedding sa kanyang bahay. There were more than 12 couples and Mayor Velasco came to Kapitan house and married all the couples. It was very elegant, the foods was catered by Pinky's Catering Service in Dagupan City.
